Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing https://kiavic.com or using the Kiavic mobile/web applications, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Kiavic provides tools to plan, create, measure, and automate aspects of social media growth. Features may change, and some capabilities depend on third-party platforms (such as Instagram/Meta) remaining available and authorized by you.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials/device secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and must not use Kiavic if prohibited by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Kiavic, including by attempting to break security, scrape or overload systems, violate platform policies (including Meta), spam users, or process others’ personal data unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are described in-product. Fees are charged according to the plan you select. Unless stated otherwise, plans are month to month and remain available until the end of the paid period after cancellation. Taxes may apply.

Your content and platforms

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant Kiavic a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for content you publish through connected platforms and for complying with each platform’s terms.

AI features

AI-assisted features may send prompts/context to third-party model providers to generate suggestions. Outputs may be inaccurate; you must review before publishing. Do not submit sensitive personal data into AI prompts unless necessary.

Collaborations, payments, and escrow

Kiavic’s Collaborations feature helps businesses and creators find each other and track work (brief, apply, select, deliver, approve). It is a discovery and workflow tool, not a hiring marketplace and not an employment service.

Kiavic is not a party to any collaboration contract between a Business and a Creator. Kiavic does not process, hold, escrow, or transfer collaboration payments, and it does not take any commission on those deals.

Any fee, barter, or other compensation is agreed and settled directly between the Business and the Creator. Kiavic is not responsible for non-payment, delayed payment, quality of work, or disputes between the parties.

Business and dual-role accounts may see recently joined creators whose onboarding niche matches their own business niche (a small list, shown one at a time). Appearance on that list is a discovery suggestion only. It is not an endorsement, ranking, verification, or a guarantee of sales, reach, or quality. Creators appear because they joined Kiavic with that niche, not because Kiavic employs or vets them.

You may invite a matching creator to a campaign you post. An invite is optional and is not a contract. The other party may decline. Compensation, deliverables, and disputes remain between you and the other party.

By posting a campaign, applying, accepting an invite, or using collaboration discovery in the Kiavic app, you agree to these collaboration terms in addition to the rest of this Terms of Service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific growth outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or that third-party APIs will behave consistently. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim (or a greater amount if required by mandatory law).

Termination

You may stop using Kiavic and delete your account in the app (or request deletion via our Data Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, or legal reasons.
