How to delete your Kiavic account

The fastest way is in the Kiavic app: open Profile → Delete account, confirm, and we will delete your account from active systems.

You can also email admin@kiavic.com from the phone number or email associated with your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will verify ownership before acting.

What we delete

When deletion completes, we remove or anonymize:

• Your user account, sessions, and profile data
• Connected social tokens and automation configuration owned by you
• Leads and conversation state tied to your automations
• Uploaded profile media we store on our servers
• Product analytics events linked to your user id (anonymized or removed)

What may remain briefly

Encrypted backups may retain residual copies until they rotate out on our backup schedule. We may retain limited records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons (for example invoice history) where permitted by law.

Instagram/Meta may retain data on their systems under their policies after you disconnect. Use Meta’s own tools for platform-side deletion where needed.

Export before you delete

You can export a copy of your Kiavic data from Profile → Export my data before deleting your account.

Meta / Instagram app users

If you remove the Kiavic app from Meta, Meta may call our data-deletion callback. We process that request and provide a confirmation code/status URL when applicable.
